The next generation of trailer anti-theft protection has arrived. “Steal Shield”, the ultimate trailer security device not only provides superior protection against trailer theft, but is also the only anti-theft device on the market that provides protection for the trailer coupler itself from the elements such as rain, snow and dirt or from physical damage caused by being struck by another vehicle, or if the tongue is dropped on the ground. “Steal Shield” is a patented “one size fits all” heavy duty steel coupler lock, yet it is only 5” wide and 9” long. It comes with a durable powdered coated finish. “Steal Shield” was designed to project an imposing look of security while in use for light to medium duty trailers using 1 7/8”, 2” or 2 5/16” standard lever lock coupler systems.

Once in place the “Steal Shield” is held in place by a unique self contained locking mechanism. “Steal Shield” comes with a handy “Come Along” bracket that mounts on the trailer tongue and provides convenient storage for the “Steal Shield: when not in use.

NOTE: THE STEAL SHIELD IS DESIGNED FOR STRAIGHT TONGUE COUPLERS ONLY (THIS MODEL WILL NOT WORK ON "A" FRAME DESIGNS). THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 10" OF STRIGHT COUPLER SIMILAR TO THE PICTURE BELOW.
